One of my favorite poets once said, "The trick of perfection is that you never stop wanting it." To this I heavily agree. Even ones who whisper and scream, "Perfection is the lack of itself." Wish to lack perfection, Or hold someone who does. For me perfection used to be a spirit. A life within you that will never blew away with its sister the wind. A trick candle. No matter how long or hard you blow, The flame stands, A tower of beautiful destruction. Now I believe perfection to be a moment. A millisecond in time. Maybe the millisecond it took For me to fall from my tower of imperfect safety. And land in your perfectly uncertain arms. P

It was nothing but a kiss  or two     or three        or four. Well actually it was   quite a few more.
